 At the 2019 UN Forum on Business and Human Rights in Geneva, I spoke at the session titled -  

Finance against slavery: how government action and public-private partnerships can work to end modern slavery and human trafficking  

 

I spoke about the role of financial sector, in the Indian context , in addressing issues of modern slavery. I shared my views on the lack of meaningful action and collaboration between financial sector actors, government, civil society and private sector in tackling key issues in exploitative supply chains.
